The rationale of EPF Change Management is to build a change-ready organisation, and to support the aspiration there is a need to strengthen Change Management competencies and skills to EPF Champions and EPF Leaders enterprise-wide.
A comprehensive learning programme consisting of 3 learning modules were conducted to support the EPF Change Management initiative:
- Fundamentals of Change Management (2 sessions, 2 days per session)
- Managing Organisational Change (2 sessions, 2 days per session)
- Change Leadership (1 session, 2 days per session)
- EPF Champion (mutli-grade staff)
- Head States & Head Branches
- Top Management (C-Levels) & Senior Management (Head of Departments)
