The rationale of EPF Change Management is to build a change-ready organisation, and to support the aspiration there is a need to strengthen Change Management competencies and skills to EPF Champions and EPF Leaders enterprise-wide.

A comprehensive learning programme consisting of 3 learning modules were conducted to support the EPF Change Management initiative:

  1. Fundamentals of Change Management (2 sessions, 2 days per session)
  2. Managing Organisational Change (2 sessions, 2 days per session)
  3. Change Leadership (1 session, 2 days per session)
