Dato Sri Haji Azemi Bin Kasim holds a B.A. (Hons) from Universiti Malaya in 1978 majoring in South East Asian Studies from Faculty of Social Sciences. He also holds a Diploma in Public Administration from National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) in 1979.
He joined civil service in 1979 as Administrative and Diplomatic Officer and was appointed as Assistant Secretary of Development Division, Ministry of Defence (MOD). After spending four years in MOD, he was promoted in 1983 as Principle Assistant Director, Secretariat of the Look East Policy, Training and Career Development Division, Public Service Department.
In 1987, he was appointed as the Principle Assistant Director, Section of Federal’s Property in Lands, Department of Director General of Land and Mines (Federal). From this period, he later became Land Specialist, having served in various positions in Land and Mines. And during the period from 1990 till 2003 he has attended and obtained Certificates in Urban Land Policy and Management, Regional Planning and Management, General Land Management, Regional Development and Digitized Land Information System. He retired from government service on 19 September 2015.
On 1 October 2015, he was appointed as Land Advisor for Malaysia Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) and on 9 December 2016 he was appointed as Land Specialist for MRCB-George Kent Sdn Bhd based in Shah Alam, Selangor.
He is currently the Chairman of Majujaya Hebat Sdn Bhd as well as a Board Member of Sumber Puncak Sinergi Sdn Bhd.
Sharifuddin Jasiman holds a Master of Science in Education from Portland State University. Upon returning from USA, he started his career as a lecturer at Maktab Rendah Sains Mara and Kolej Mara Banting. He helped in setting up the International Baccalaureate Program for MARA. In addition, he also successfully helped the College in developing and managing BAKA Project for Talented / Gifted Students sponsored by ADB. As such, Sharifuddin received an award for Khidmat Cemerlang by MARA for his contribution.
As a person who strongly believes in continuous self-development, he decided to join Celcom Academy to gain experience in Human Resources Management. In Celcom Academy, Sharifuddin established himself as a person who turned around the Academy. As a result of his vision, Celcom Academy Sdn Bhd managed to expand its training services to China, Singtel, Brunei and Africa. He also pioneered e-learning modules and the setting up of the infrastructure for the program with UPM.
Sharifuddin left Celcom Academy and joined Edaran Oto Indah Sdn Bhd (EOI), the Sole Distributor for Rover and Lada as General Manager. At EOI, he developed an integrated manpower planning for space frame technology for local automotive industry. He was also instrumental in setting up the Malaysian-French Institute (MFI) as a feeder for the automotive industry.
In 1999, he decided to venture on his own by establishing Finalspot Sdn Bhd focusing in Human Resource Management particularly on Human Capital Development. His unique success factor is his ability to develop practical methodology in talent selection process and training needs analysis.
He is well respected within academic institutions of higher learning for his insight and vision in nation building through human capital development. For that reason he has been appointed to serve as an advisor to several universities namely University Malaysia Pahang, Multimedia University and UniKL.
His achievements include designing the Foundation Program for the Royal Malaysian Navy Submarine Training in France. He also helped to develop the Submarine Training Modules (non-technical) with a French Company (NAVFCO) for Royal Malaysian Navy.
Sharifuddin also extends his expertise in designing the Blueprint for the Agropreneur Program for Malaysian Agrifood Corporation Bhd (MAFC), a subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Bhd. Through his effort, Finalspot has been engaged to manage the entire selection, recruitment and training of agropreneur participants.
Dato’ Zamri Ahmad was born in 1967. He has a Masters In Real Estate from the University of Malaya and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California (USC), USA.
He has 26 years of working experience in strategic planning and implementation of national projects since the early 1990s such as Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, KLIA, Nusajaya, Commonwealth Sports Complex Bukit Jalil, commercial and industrial real estate projects. He has also been involved in restructuring and mergers of government-linked companies.
He has served in various well known property companies locally as well as in the USA. Later, he served the East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) and was responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of key socio-economic projects within ECER states.
Currently he is the advisor for a few private companies in the areas of investment, business strategy, corporate restructuring, property ventures and social enterprise.
Dato’ Hj. Saad bin Ismail was the Director of Federal Land Property Section (BHTP) from January 2011 to May 2016. He brings with him vast experience in the areas of land matters which spans 22 years, having started his career as a Secretary Assistant with Investment Section, Finance Division at Finance Ministry in 1980 and moving on to Housing Loans Division in 1983.
In January 1994, Dato’ Hj. Saad bin Ismail was appointed as Assistant of District Officer at the Gombak District Land and Office.
In July 2004, he joined Department of Lands and Mines as its Chief Assistant Director and later was promoted as the Director of Land Information Section in December 2007. On 3 January 2011, he was appointed as Director of Federal Land Property Section (BHTP), a position he held until his retirement on 17 May 2016.
Shabuddin Bin Che Mat has almost 28 years’ experience in land matters. He began his career with Kelantan Land Settlement Office in 1981. In May 1995, he moved to Kota Bharu Land Office under Land Acquisition Unit to manage land acquisition process.
In June 1997, he was appointed as the Assistant Land Administrator at the Department Of Director General Of Lands And Mines (Kelantan) and responsible with land acquisition trials for state development projects.
His career at the Department Of Director General Of Lands And Mines (Federal) began in April 2005 at the Land Release Unit, and then moved to Enforcement and Federal Revenue Division.
From June 2014 until December 2016, he served as a Head of Land Settlement Unit at the Kelantan State Land Administrator. In his last appointment before retiring in October 2017, he was Land Assistant Officer of Federal Land Property Section (BHTP) at the Department Of Director General Of Lands And Mines (Federal).
